We’re excited to announce that the second annual Charter Workplace Summit will be held on October 12, 2022, in New York City and streaming live.
The program will feature an illuminating mix of executives, people operations leaders, and top academics who are uniquely tackling the thorny issues facing owners of the talent agenda. Last year's program addressed the question of how to be a leader in a new era of workplace transformation. This year, we’re gathering a similarly diverse, expert group to help shape a practical, actionable playbook for how to advance your future-of-work initiatives over the coming year, even in the face of economic uncertainty and the short-term priorities that are likely to dominate.
We will literally draft this Playbook 2023 together over the course of the day and Charter will deliver a finished, functional version to all attendees post-event.
The topics we’ll address include:
- Workplace trends
- Inclusive leadership and advancing DEI
- Navigating economic uncertainty
- Employee voice and engagement
- Best practices for flexibility and hybrid work
- Leadership on societal issues
- Support for younger workers
- Sustainable high performance
This will also be the first year in which we can host some portion of attendees in-person! We’re thrilled to bring together our community of people who own the talent agenda at their organizations for the chance to network and share ideas live, in the moment. You can apply for an invitation to the in-person program by reaching out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org— capacity is limited to roughly 100 people, so please connect with us today if you are interested.
We’re excited to be partnering with the team at PENN District in New York City, who are hosting the event at their signature, and newly reimagined building at PENN1. Our unique event space there is built for communing, and exemplifies the flexible and dynamic settings workplaces are looking to become.
As in 2021, you can also attend and participate virtually from anywhere in the world (like the more than 900 people who joined our summits virtually last year) by registering here. Thank you to Charter’s official streaming partner, Brandlive, for making that possible.
Whether you join in person or online, the event is free to attend and the Playbook 2023 will be available to you. I hope you will join us for a program designed to set you up for workplace success in the year ahead!
